We are delighted to invite BSCMR Members to a Cardio-Rheumatology CMR webinar with three internationally renowned world experts, Dr Dan Knight (Royal Free London and University College London), Dr Dan Sado (King’s College Hospital and King’s College London) and Dr Taryn Youngstein (Imperial College NHS Foundation Trust)

During this webinar, we will explore the latest in topics related to CMR in Cardio-Rheumatology with a focus on scleroderma, vasculitis, and sarcoidosis.

Dr Dan Knight is a Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal  Free London NHS foundation Trust and Honorary Associate Professor at the Institute of Cardiovascular Science, University College London (UCL). He has specialist interest in pulmonary hypertension and CMR and his research involves the development of novel biomarkers in pulmonary hypertension and scleroderma.

Dr Daniel Sado is a Consultant Cardiologist and the clinical and academic lead of the CMR imaging service at King’s College Hospital. He has particular interests in heart failure, heart imaging and autoimmune diseases with a particular focus of sarcoidosis and inflammatory myopathies.

Dr Taryn Youngstein is a consultant Rheumatologist with a general and specialist NHS practice based at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She is the Co-Director of the Imperial College London Centre of Excellence for Vasculitis Research and leads the Large Vessel Vasculitis and Rare disease clinic at the Hammersmith Hospital, the largest in the UK.
